Streaks, surface irregularities, fractures causing dispersed fragments, wears, tonal changes…are among the most obvious visual effects in organic decoration, focused on the process to multiply the effects of variations of repetition. Making the most of the opportunity to experiment with printing on bare wood, playing with the direction and prominence of the grain.

Printing on wood the effects of planks that have been used, discolored, worn… was one of the challenges laid down. Making different strips, avoiding repetition, and creating a visual that can be adjusted to the base on which it is eventually printed, playing with transparencies, patches of color and different colors, creating light and shadows using different inks on each part of the plank. Different models of planks were created that can be combined in different ways to create different compositions, thanks to the proportions chosen, which can imitate a real old worn floor.
